Cabulance
Northwest Transport utilizes full-size vans with ADA approved hydraulic extra wide lifts (37 inches wide and can hold up to 800 lbs) and raised roofs to allow our clients to ride in comfort and safety throughout the Puget Sound. In many situations our service provides a practical, affordable alternative to the high cost of an ambulance. Our services are available for many different situations: hospital discharge, sporting events and recreational excursions, or simply day-to-day errands. We also offer contract-based solutions for adult day services, nursing homes, and much more.
Wheelchair Transportation
We offer a complete door-to-door solution for those in wheelchairs. Our rear-loading vans ensure we can get in and get out wherever your plans may take you, safely and efficiently. Our professionally trained drivers make sure your ride is a comfortable one.
Ambulatory
Our service is not limited to wheelchair clients. We also provide ambulatory transportation for individuals that require attention and service not available with other forms of public transportation. In particular, clients find us extremely helpful with hospital discharges and other surgical discharges--for those times when family and friends' schedules simply don't work out.
Non-Emergency Transport
Northwest Transport is please to offer lots of non-medical transportation solutions, such as general errands, trips to sporting events or other events, door-to-door shopping services and much more. You may want to inquire about our hourly rates for that special recreational event.
In addition to the four categories above, we offer transportation for all levels of mobility, including rides for scooter users and their scooters, paratransport, handicapped transport, transport for amputees and wheelchair users, and for those who are elderly or those who use walkers, and the mentally challenged.
